PM Spin at gym 30/35 mins. 15 on treadmill to warm down.
Wednesday 20th May
Intended to do a chest/biceps session but ended up doing 15 mins treadmill & 20 mins spin bike.
Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd May
Rest (totally lazy week)
